l. GENERAL TERMS
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read my TOS and agree to it. Both parties agree to work respectively with each other. If there are any issues, it is expected that there will be room for open dialogue via Ko-Fi direct messaging or via email. I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason, as well as alter my TOS at any point in time.II. PAYMENT
All commissions must all be paid in full in advance.
The currency accepted is USD through Paypal.
If you need to use another payment form, please let me know.III. PROCESS
I do not work with specific deadlines unless agreed upon prior to purchasing. Please message or email me prior to sending payment if you are looking for a specified deadline.I often provide Work In Progress (WIP) updates as I work but specific process updates can be requested. If any delay occurs you will be notified asap.IV. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
My goal is to make work you love, but I am limited to my own abilities and skillset. Please be sure you are looking to recieve work that looks like my style. I am not able to replicate other styles, nor will I if it is requested.After a commission is finished, only small changes are able to be made. (Such as small colouring/marking mistakes.)Any significant changes will incur an additional charge. This charge can vary depending on the change requested. (Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.) I reserve the right to decline a requested change for any reason.If your reference was unclear to start with, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for! Clear references vary depending on the commissioned piece, but should not be shaded and clearly mark all parts of the character's body that are to be drawn. I do not accept references that are AI-generated or VR Screenshots.Below is an example of an acceptable reference image that I commissioned from TooferTiger on Instagram.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I, the artist, hold the copyright to the commissioned artwork.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote myself on both physical and online platforms, reproduce in an art book or publication and/or post on social media.
Clients copyrighted characters will be given full credit where possible.The commissioners are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art for personal use, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.The following non-exhaustive list is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially.
(Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my consent.
Using the assets to create NFTs or feed into generative AI.VI. CANCEL/REFUND POLICY
I reserve the right to cancel any commission and refund the money in full at any time.Out of respect for my time and the way I take on clients, once work on commissioned pieces has begun you will not be allowed to cancel or file chargebacks. However, in the case of emergency situations, I am more than willing to discuss partial refunds or other potential solutions on a case-by-case basis.If money has not been sent out or work has not begun on your piece, you are allowed to cancel and will be refunded in full.Commissioners agree to discuss any issues with me directly, either through direct message on kofi or via email. Instagram DMs are not reliable, please contact me via kofi or email.Disclaimer: If any of the terms listed above have been violated, you will be blacklisted from all of my services. If policy violations occur and I have begun work, I reserve the right to the full value of your commission regardless of completion status.
